At STORIE DESIGN, accessible from www.storiedesign.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Storie Design and how we use it.

We collect the personal information you provide to us, such as when you register to use the Service, make a purchase, complete an application to become a Storie Design designer or otherwise join our company, communicate with or submit information or content to us, communicate with designers or clients, take a style quiz, respond to a survey, and/or interact with other Users during a design project or post about your project. 

 

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, address, email address, and telephone number.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

Social Media Platforms 

 

If you are a Client, you may register using a social network, such as Facebook or Google. We collect information from the social network when you use your social media credentials to log into the Service. For example, when you log in with your Facebook credentials, we may collect the information you have made publicly available on Facebook, such as your name and profile picture. We may also obtain any other information you have authorized Facebook to share with third-party applications. We may also collect social media information when you interact with us via our social media accounts.

Designers and/or Clients. We share personal information between Designers and Clients who connect via the Service.

The Service currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, as detailed on the applicable payment screen. All monetary transactions on the Service take place in U.S. Dollars.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

Log Files


Storie Design follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
